Datacron favorite marking disappears

I like to use the favoriting feature to keep track of which datacrons I want to work on. However, I have noticed that the favorite marking sometimes will randomly disappear from all of my datacrons, so I would have to mark them again without knowing how long the favorite marking would stick this time. This just happened overnight. I played my account on two different devices last night, so I am wondering if that may be a contributing factor. I have never seen a favorite marking on a character disappear in a similar way.
