Summarize your bug Max Health increase does not work as expected against GAS (see Screenshot - unexpected damage)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? SEE team with Set 9 DC that has lvl 3 mechanic +15% Health/Prot and face a GAS who crits SEE.

GAS reduces max health on crits, but it should not have such a massive effect on SEE. Also GAS max health reduction should not work vs GLs
(reporting for a friend.. we tested a bit)
Gas absolutely did not reduce the max health of SEE.
That green number you are noticing is Darth Revan equalizing with the healthiest ally on the team as per his unique ability "Villain".
It's relatively easy to spot how precisely indetical health bar he has with SEE after the hit lands.
