I'm going through the exact same scenario right now! I even tried to buy the light speed package again but it tells me I reached my limit and errors out and just like you, getting any real help has been an impossible task.
They finally released my purchase this morning (purchased 20th, received 26th). I was going to buy the KAM bundle too, but not only did they not provide communication or a solution in time (these two LSBs are out of the store now), but this experience has certainly jaded me against this sham of a company.
