I tried the chat, but got no help there. I can see in my paypal account that I placed the order on 17.12.2024, But it says it is still pending. "Your payment method will be charged when Electronic Arts, Inc completes your order."

I just bought an episode pass+ and the first mod ascension, both worked.
How do I contact EA Help exactly?   

Ok, I have opend  an email case und hope they can help me. 

The so-called "EA Help" ist a complete bad joke. I wrote lots of details to them in the opend case. Only reaction was, that they are waiting of a reaction from me (Player). I should open a chat to this case. I did and someone started a conversation without any knowledge of my details, which I wrote them before. To my question, if he has access to my mail/case, there was no answer.
The only proposal was, I should contact Paypal or Google Play. Which makes no sense, because in my Paypal account is stated, they are waiting for EA to complete the transaction.
To my proposal to make it in the game possible, that I can by Ahsoka again, the only answer was that's not possible.

OK, so I will get no Commander Ahsoka and hopefully the order will simply die. Up to now it looks only like a reservation of the money and not a real charging.

Same exact thing happened to me.

Spent hours trying to get help..online support sent me to game support, game support sent me to online support, online support sent me back to game...

Friends account has it for sale still, mine doesn't because it got left in some limbo. Support told me it's not for sale, but I see it on his screen...
