Re: Malgus LSB glitch

Yes, a new opened discussion, let’s see if it vanishes or gets put with the others too. I don’t expect it to change over the weekend realistically but if I haven’t received the Malgus LSB contents by Tuesday (7days later) I will go to my bank and cancel the payment! I’ve had it with EA taking my money immediately and giving me the content whenever. I played and I am playing a lot of games and this never happened/happens with any other game. It’s not like it’s the first or second time or even third but you guys seem to love to scam your customers. I don’t wanna waste my time with writing these kind of messages but anymore so I will draw my conclusions after this purchase and make it my last in SWGoH. Well there’s one more thing, from now on I will recommend every player, be it in my guild other forums, streams or discords, to stay as far away from ea customer support or buying things in this game. It’s a straight up scam tactic at this point! Just go to your bank or call them and get your money back all the waisted time with this god awful customer support isn’t worth what you will get in the game which you still need to pay for in addition to your lost time. I suggest you play the game but don’t spend a dime on it, if you really want things to change that’s the only thing that’ll work. The message is to long so I will continue in the reply.

    Vote with your wallets. It’s about time they make less money so the higher ups will notice it and look into it. What they will find is employees in customer support who simply just collect their pay and don’t work for their money, at some point they will see where things went wrong and they will simply let you guys go. Meant are the employees that make customer support issues the problem of the customer while receiving payment for not doing their job and replying once every 2-3 days to one discussion or even not at all. Are you all really getting payed for letting an ingame bot do your work? What are you guys doing all day long? If you haven’t noticed your jobs exist cause people pay money for this game, if they grow frustrated and stop buying that means less money made and less money to pay you guys, I’d be a little more worried but I guess not giving a f comes with the job description of being in ea customer support. 
    I also suggest you include „payment issue“ in your tags, it’s a reoccurring issue and definitely one that should be able to be tagged.
    PS: Seems like Gunner and Meathead aren’t around rn to bail out all those who don’t properly do their jobs. You two are definitely not addressed here cause you’ve always made sure we got what we paid for and replied to multiple discussions whenever such a problem occurred. In case you guys are on vacation, have a good one. Seems like you’re doing the workload of multiple people and definitely deserve your time off.
