Grand arena opponents won't die

Question

I just finished my attempt at GA but noticed something different.

My 3 man Kelleran opponent was down to 1hp and no protection but no matter what I did, he stayed at 1hp and would not die. Had to send in a second group with Boba Fett with the rocket of death to kill him.

Followed this fight with my FO slkr/kru/dsrey with the datacron against a mirror match and on both sides kru and dsrey refused to die even once they were at 1hp... except for the opponents slkr with only seconds left in the fight when he one shotted all 3 of mine at once including my fully healthy slkr.

Something buggy in the GA this time around.

This bug with Beq has popped up before. I believe it has to do with his unique. Sometimes you can get around it by switching to auto basic. Half this game has just become figuring out the secrets to defeating their bugs.

DSRey's unique says that FO allies can't be defeated until she is targetable, but she isn't targetable until all enemies have taken a turn (or are dead.) SLKR mirror matches with DSRey's current datacron cause near endless counter/bonus attacks from each side's DSrey which can prevent the entire team from taking a turn. It makes it a stalemate or one where things go boom right at the end.
