Death Revan LSB characters were not delivered after purchase was completed

Hello, I purchased the Darth Revan LSB after adding the gift cards to my account I got for Christmas. After the purchase was completed I got the connection error and had to restart the game. After getting back in the characters were not in my collection and the 10.66 was taken out of my balance. Attached are images of the charge and my collection an hour after the purchase went through.
