Summarize your bug It is usually quite slow (takes sometimes up to 4-5 hours) but this time I've been waiting for about four days.. I tried to log in with different devices to redeem the points.

I used google points to get the Small Galactic Enhancement Kit last Friday but never received anything to this date.
If I try to use my points to buy a new kit, they say I have to open the game first before I can use points again.
I am not pleased with the delays when I get instantly charged.

There can be delays occasionally but unfortunately, we can do nothing to speed that up.
Players have reported previously that reinstalling the game can help push through the pack you redeemed with Google Play points. Could you please try that and let us know if it does not work for you.
