Device Link Issue

I'm trying to link a game from an Android device to an iPad. For some reason though, on the iPad, there's no option in the game to Connect / Link Device. It forced me through a tutorial and there's...

    Hi @LLTSWrathe I would recommend reaching out to an advisor (How to contact support) to look at your accounts further to see what may have happened with them.

No, the only thing I saw was a brief popup that said Login to Gamecenter, but then the Gamecenter ID Signon screen opened up for my credentials.

Filled those in, and it put me straight into the Tutorial as Mol Eliza.

I even tried making a spare Google account and Apple ID account fresh and I'm getting the same issue.
