Summarize your bug I purchased a $25 Apple gift card today from Target. When I redeemed using appstore, the promotion message showed up, I clicked open game, the game opened but I did not see the rewards. Checked inbox, character screen and in-game store. I tried using in-game Help, but there was no response.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Redeem the promotional gift card.
