Did not receive compensation rewards

Hello there,

 I did not recieve the 2 free kyber lightspeed tokens nor the 5000 era currency which were supposed to be given as compensation every player from my guild almost received it but I did not so I thought of contacting you people so that u may consider my situation and help me in this matter.
