I purchased the Master Kenobi Lightspeed II Bundle on the webstore, but instead of receiving the characters in my account, I was given crystals instead. Hoping this can be resolved in some way.

I purchased the Master Kenobi LSB 2. When I went to claim it in-game I was given crystal instead of the bundle content. Could I get this correct so I get the contents of the bundle that I paid for please. I have also attached proof of purchase
