I purchased the Master Kenobi Lightspeed II Bundle on the webstore, but instead of receiving the characters in my account, I was given crystals instead. Hoping this can be resolved in some way.

Need help.

i just bought the Lsb Kenobi. Ingame i opened it and only got crystals with a message that there was an issue!!
I dont want crystals, I want the lsb or the money!
pls help!!
