Did not receive my Episode pass
I purchased the Episode pass through the webstore at 7:27pm EST on 2/10/26 and still have not received it in game. I received the email from EA with confirmation of my order. What steps do I need to take to correct this issue? It has been 14 hours since the purchase and still has not shown up. EA_Gunner guild mates have told me you are who I should reach out to. I apologize if that is incorrect. I can share whatever is needed as proof. My Ally Code is 293-929-986. Thank you for your time.
