Did not receive SLKR lightspeed bundle - support has been useless

I purchased the SLKR Lightspeed bundle via the in-game store on December 28 with the expectation that my FO Toons would be taken up to Relic 5.

As of today, January 4, I have yet to receive the bundle. My toons are still at a variety of gear levels, but not R5.

I have opened a ticket with in-game support. They are unable to help, telling me to come to to forum and open a ticket there.

I have opened a ticket via the website. They are unable to help, telling me to go to the in-game support and open a ticket there.

I have answered the same questions half a dozen times each for half a dozen new support agents:

  • What is your email address?
  • Can you provide the code we sent so we can verify your account?
  • How long have you been facing this issue?
  • Where did you make the purchase?

And given the same responses every time:

  • It looks like the purchase was made on December 28 and should be in your account (it is not)
  • Restart the app (I have, about 100 times)
  • Go to Settings-->Refresh purchases (I have about 100 times)

At no point, has support ever answered my question of, "Should my First Order be Relic 5 after this purchase?"

Because maybe it was my error and I purchased the wrong thing. But I cannot get verification from them. 


Instead, a new person grabs my ticket every time, refuses to read the previous responses, doesn't look at previous screenshots and validation I've provided, and just plows through with standard texts after standard text. 

I'd be hard-pressed to remember a more frustrating customer support experience. I'm about to request a payment refund from Paypal, but I really want my First order to be Relic 5, so I'm fighting this out with EA's awful support.

Has anyone ever had a successful support interaction or actually gotten their question answered? 

I really don't know what to do here.

It's just been an unending unhelpful cycle with support agents who refuse to actually read the ticket and I don't know how to advance it to actually get an answer, one way or the other.

  • Same thing for me SEE purchase except they just refused to do anything not saying I should have it. Just told me to contact iTunes. What a joke.
