I purchased the Tank LST on the webstore but did not receive it.

In game help is not responding either. This was purchased on Oct 19 (though listed as Oct 20 in the receipt email). The order number should be 1005450486810.
I purchased another LST (Empire) a few minutes after, and I did receive that one. But I still haven't received this LST.
