Did not receive web store purchase

I opened a ticket in game since EAs help page now refers players back to the games help non-live chat bot that is not very well enabled since there is not a clear option under “ did not receive purchase” for store purchases except for crystals. 
I am messaging here too since the webstore is separate from the in-game store.  I have no option to purchase the great mothers package at either location now.

  • Same here. I bought one of the profundity light speed bundles and I didn’t receive it. I also tried to create a refund ticket but it said I didn’t buy it. My bank account says otherwise
