Didn’t receive era compensation (2 weeks with no response)

This is getting to the point that it’s ridiculous. I didn’t receive the era compensation to be able to level up my era characters to 85. As a result, I’ve lost era currency from lower ranks in coliseum during the last era, a lower end of era rank reward for the same reason, less era currency due to having no era mats to convert and I have 4 characters at gear 12 when all should be at relic 2. This will also create issues when the eyes of the empire era battle releases due to all of the required characters being at gear 12 instead of relic 2. I’m not the only one who has had this issue. Many others have as well. As far as I know, nobody has been acknowledged. I messagedCG_Meathead​ 2 weeks ago, started a chat with support in game at the same time and I have had only one response from support asking if I had checked my inbox for the materials. This problem is causing many more to compound as time goes on. Fix it!
