Didn’t receive general grievous lightspeed bundle

I purchased it last night and got an email with the receipt, but I did not receive my purchase. The bundle is still in the store.  I have had issues like this before where ea has not sent me my purchases and then refused to help me even when I gave lots of proof. Please resend it. I bought this for my kid on family link, he plays on an android. I have screenshots if needed: my ally code is 361722588
