Didn’t receive Sith Eternal LSB

Hi there! I was just directed here by a very kind community member. After a long journey of waiting for support in app- I find myself a bit frustrated I don’t have my Sith Eternal II LSB yet ☹️ I’m hoping that someone can help me here if possible!

    We've checked your account and could not find a purchase of the Sith Eternal LSB II, but rather were able to see that you managed to purchase the Sith Eternal LSB I twice and therefore received crystals for the second purchase. This is working as intended. You should be able to purchase the Sith Eternal LSB II when it is available in the store.

    What? How is that even possible, I did my purchases on the webstore- where a double purchase of a one time bundle should be impossible? How is this considered working as intended? I want the bundle intended in my purchase, or a refund- I shouldn’t be charged twice for the same product you can’t buy twice please 😭 Please help me out here- you really shouldn’t be able to accidentally purchase the same bundle or be double charged for it.
