Didn’t Get Profundity Lightspeed 1 Bundle

Hello,

I bought the Profundity Lightspeed Bundle 1 on 09/24/25 and never received the bundle in the game.  I tried the in-game support twice, and they said I received the product; however, that is wrong.   I already reliced up some of the characters before this purchase, but Mon Mothma, Herra, Jyn, and Bistan at R5, not R7.

My ally code is 285-983-384 so that you can verify what I'm saying is correct.
