Didn’t receive award I accepted on Executrix Fleet mastery Event

Summarize your bug The Executrix event was won and I accepted the award but it didn’t transfer. Started with a six star Executor won the event and still have a six star Executor!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Dunno first time it happened but I think my Dathomir:Nightsisters was affected too I was able to complete the whole event and get the red award box but when I received it after the event ended it seemed very short on gear. I did the Executrix fleet mastery event the same time I did that one.

Again I started the Executrix fleet mastery event with a six star Executor, I won the event and still have a six star Executor after accepting the awards. I didn’t get the seventh star ⭐️! The Dathomir:Nightsisters event I don’t have any pictures because I never finished one of those events to the end before so I didn’t know what to expect but it seemed less than when I only won half of the event as far as gear awarded? Anyway the attached pictures show that you have to have a six star ship to participate which I did as pictures show and then I won the event accepted the rewards and still have a six star Executor! So it didn’t process,go through what have you. I really hope you can help me since EA Help reffered me to do this with you to fix. Thanks for any assistance with my problem. My ally code 298-652-475
