didnt get leia lsb

I paid for leia lsb on the webstore and have a receipt but never got it. EA chat help was no help. There is no way to contact anyone that can help fix this. Im so sad and feel very cheated. The in game chat doesnt work. I know Im not the only one, but creating a case  221139945 turned out to be completely useless as they just send me to in game links that dont work and a chat bot that wants an order number with letters which mine doesnt have. I just want what I paid for or a refund. I dont understand why this is such a problem and why its soo hard to get help.
