Didn't Get my Red crate conquest rewards

After the most recent conquest finishing. I noticed I didn't get my Jocasta Nu 90 shards but got 65 instead. I secured the red crate on day 6 and didn't look at conquest anymore after that. People have informed me that there is a bug that if you don't click onto the red crate and get rid of the red dot then sometimes it doesn't register that you have reached the red crate. Please reinstate my missing Jocasta Nu shards and the missing red crate rewards. My Ally code 474-812-512
