Didn't receive Malicos LSB

Ally code: 354-871-271

Issue: Purchased the Malicos LBS (I've confirmed money has been taken and I have receipt from PayPal) but the LSB hasn't been sent to my account in game. I also purchased the Trench LSB which has worked fine.

Attempted solutions: I attempted to Restore Purchases in game, and even purchased a conquest ascension tier in game to prompt it to properly update, and still don't have my LSB for Malicos in my account.
