Didn't receive reward from galactic cargo 4
I got charged and have the email for the purchase. But never received any pack. Tried to restore purchases in game and nothing.

I purchased on 1/26/24 and haven't receive it either. I submitted proof to the game help and haven't heard back from them. Don't know what else to do.
