Pretty cut and dry. Finished the Heroic Sith Trio Raid in 1st Place and never received the rewards for doing so. I did receive the raid rewards after rebooting my app, but the portrait and title were the main thing I was hoping for.

The titles and portraits for rank 1 in the old raids were removed as rewards when we introduced the option to SIM those old raids. Sorry!
