Hey EA team, you guys didn't give me back enough materials for the omicrons when you nerfed Ezra and Merrin. I only got 1 omicron back for Ezra, but I had put 2 on him and 1 on Merrin before the nerf. Can you please fix this for me ASAP? Thanks.

When you last used Merrin in GAC she was r6 and had no omicron applied. That was a while ago, so maybe you added the omicron between 27 April and the refund (but didn’t use a freshly omicroned character once in that period).

On 23 April your Morgan Elsbeth did not have an omicron applied and she now does have an omicron. So I think the most likely explanation is you applied Morgan’s and are misremembering it as being Merrin’s.

In the last round of GAC you played, you had 1 omicron on Ezra, none on Merrin.
Your swgoh.gg page, which has not been updated since the refund, shows Ezra with 1 omicron, Merrin with none.
Hopefully it’s just your memory playing tricks on you rather than a dishonest attempt to obtain resources you aren’t entitled to.
Hope they fix it soon, 'cause it takes a lot of time to get 20 omicron. Hang tight, bud. 👍🏼
Same on my account. Spent microns for Merrin, but they refunded only half….wtf?
