Difficulty logging in to the webstore

The last 24 hours or so I've been having difficulty logging in to the webstore on my PC. I also tried logging in on my iPhone, but had the same issue. My problem is I am not receiving the log-in code that is supposed to be sent to my email. I have checked my spam folder. I have refreshed the webpages. I have even tried restarting my laptop. I was unable to log in last night. This morning I received the code and was able to log in. Now, this afternoon, I am once again unable to receive a code and log in.
