Difficulty with EA In-game Support and Purchases
I purchased the $50 Apple gift card from the correct vendor in the correct time window but the bundle didn’t credit to my account. I’ve been talking to the in-game support for 3 days and I’m really starting to get frustrated… I will get one message where the person confirms that the tier_2 bundle should have been credited then the next message I’m being told to call Apple again.
I feel like the in-game support team doesn’t read the messages or background and just spams a generic response, leading to further frustration. Is there a way to escalate the issue through the app? Also- is there somewhere I can report that EA has a training issue within their support team?
Please help if you can or have info!
