Digital Purchase Not Recieved

Hi there,

I have attempted to make a purchase of one the slice bundles, which was primarily for 50 Omega tokens. 

However upon purchase there was an error and I appear to have received crystals instead. Is it possible for this to be rectified? My Swgoh account is linked to my EA account, and the transaction number through Google Play was as follows:
