Disguised Clone Trooper Clever Ruse reset?

My entire Clever Ruse ability was maxxed out with zeta and omi, but I just noticed it was completely reset. Furthermore, I was not compensated at all. Am I seriously going to have to rebuy the entire ability without any zeta or omi refund?
