To clarify, below 100% means in this case 99.99% and below. As for the debuffs (Tenacity Down and Healing Immunity) not been applied, we have flagged this for further investigation now.
Is it possible that damage didn't reduce him below 100%? That was 1329 damage. I don't know how much health that Malak has, but mine has 150k.
1329 damage is less than 1%, and depending on how the game rounds, it might still consider Malak to be at 100%?
Did he get tenacity Down and healing immunity later in the battle after you dealt more damage to him?
Update - I see the second hit did 1606, so he's received 2934 damage. I think it's unlikely that he's above 99%, but I wonder if the game uses increments of 5%?
Well, I'm not sure about the technical SWGOH definition of 100% but I'm assuming even dealing 1 dmg to Malak should rendered as "below 100% max health".
Really need CG to clarify this stuff
