If you don't know which account needs unlinking, they won't be able to help. You should be able to see the accounts linked to your EA account here.

The problem is, my mobile account is linked to a hackers ea account. I believe the hackers ea account got banned for fraud but I cant access the pc client nor can I unlink my account

    There is an article here with information on hacked accounts. Also, there's a "Contact us" button at the bottom of the page that you can use to open a case with an advisor to get some help with this.
