EA connect button

In my Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes game, there are no connect and EA connect options in the Settings section. I request that this be fixed. Why is there none?I took the attached picture from my PC. The option is not available because your SWGoH account is underaged. To update it, please contact support and ask for help.
