How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I have not been able to connect to the EA webstore to get the rewards and anything in it. I have been trying since starting the game November 22nd 2023. The in-game help tried to help me in multiple ways but in the end referred me to this site and to submit as a bug report. The email address for my game account is "[edit: email address removed]" as I had an old account attributed to "[edit: email address removed]" that I did not wish to continue but start anew. The only reason why it is not working that I have found might be that me email has an underscore in it.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, use the explanation I came up with from the internet? Please see the chat logs with me and the ea support to see what I have said before.

When trying to connect gives me the following error: {"error":"invalid_request","error_description":"sig is invalid","code":102105}.
I would love to play the game but by now I am super behind on the shard that enjoying the game at the moment (waiting for new LSB😕 before spending) is hampered. I just want to get the stuff that I should have gotten from the web connect and be able to use that part of the game too.
