EA connect Swgoh

Unable to connect to with ea connect on SWGOH, and support said they cant help me in this situation. What do i do, i really wanna get access to the SWGOH web store for the free stuff on there. I have...

Hi @Arn_Magnusson1,

I wish I could wave a wand and fix it for you from here but sorry, I can't. Typically when this issue occurs it's due to age restrictions limiting the account from connecting online. This tends to happen when the date of birth input states you are a minor (you can see your EA account's DOB here). You did the right thing by trying to contact the support team. Did they offer any context as to why they can't help you with it?

Yea ea account is the right age. But still no ea connect. Welp nothing you guys or i can do. I just asked support if they can say why they cant help me any further
