EA Help is Worthless

I have posted before about completing Clash on Kamino and only ending up with 100/145 Shards and GSW will not unlock.

I used EA Help, provided them with all they asked for. 

Screenshot Proofs, Date of Completion, only to be told by an idiot by the name of Mamta to post on Forum and get up votes.

I have an update suggestion for EA; How about we take all of the technical issued posted that show players got screwed and use them to file a class action lawsuit.

I want, no longer kindly asking, but telling you to give me my 45 missing Shards that we're earned. 

Your support team within the game is to incompetent to assist in resolving this issue.
