Summarize your bug Drop rate is way less than 10%. I had been spending all cantina and after 5 stars, drop rate went to nearly zero. I just summed 10 and got nothing. Either the nose is bad, or your code is improperly configured for the advertised 33%.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Review my historical sims and calculate drop rate, and compensate me with appropriate number of drops. Otherwise you are stealing and should be reported

It is all random, which means any individual player can have bad streaks.
For the record, 33% is not advertised, but it is the large sample average that players have found through data tracking. However, an average is just an average, and the nature of random variables is such that small, short term sample averages can be less than that.
