2 years ago- Strella19812 years agoSeasoned Newcomer@EA_Lanna Yes, it's a very high account so I would really hate to lose the progress. I changed the email on my EA page to the new one. But when I log in to the game with the new email, it doesn´t have my account progress, as if it's still on the old account.

@EA_LannaI can log in to the webstore with the new email fine, and it shows my correct game crystals, but the game seems to be under the previous email still.

Hi @Strella1981,
Interesting. That's odd behaviour. Would you have the Ally code for both accounts i.e. the account in your app and the account you're looking to recover?
