Emperor's Trap not applying TM to Imperial Troopers despite being a buff

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug The new character Piett introduces a new buff, Emperor's Trap, to the game. Theoretically, Veers lead with Imperial Troopers should be allowing Troopers to gain 10% TM on application after every trooper turn. However, this is not the case and no trooper gains TM on the buff application or stacks of the buff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Take in an Imperial Trooper team with Piett in any game mode, Piett being the fastest 2) Take any turn and see that Emperor's Trap is automatically applied to everyone, but no trooper gains any turn meter on the application of the buff.

We are aware of it and it has already been reported as a bug.

@KP67s I am also not seeing a turn meter gain.

I noticed this as well. It also appears not to be working with Thrawn's lead as there is no protection recovery when they gain or lose stacks of Emperor's Trap.

@GladOS-013it works (or better it doesn't) against any squads. try dark side 9-D on hard. Make sure piett is the fastest under Veers lead. Make sure the second fastest is less than 10% slower.
Now when the battle starts piett will start his turn and everyone gains the buff. The second fastest toon should be at 100% now but he is not. There is even no need to execute any action but of course executing a basic should now give all the others turn meter and the assist of another Empire should too (should be 20% if you do not kill someone and if it is not veers who asissts). However it does not.

@EA_UltraSlideIt doesn't look like the Emperor's Trap Buff isn't triggering Range Trooper's Unique either. Observe: https://youtu.be/GS_fW4RIedo
You'll notice the only time anyone is called to assist is when Admiral Piett uses his basic ability.
