Endurance Shards Missing

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Galaxy S20

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I was playing through the Mace Windu Capital Ship Upgrade challenge and I completed mission 2 however upon completing this mission I lost connection to my internet, when I reloaded the game and logged back in I did not recieve the rewards. I am now stuck at a 10/25 2* Endurance when I should have recieved 25 additional shards for completing the mission, this means I can't do mission 3 because my endurance is stuck at 2*
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Disconnect wifi on victory
Connection Type Wifi

I tried but they said I had already received the rewards when I hadn't and I ended up going back and forth with them for almost a week till I came here, I believe the rewards for tier 2 is 25 shards and I only received 15 in my inbox however if thats enough to do the last endurance missions without being 10 shards short then I'm happy with it. I appreciate the quick support.
