Hi all and thank you for the reports and input.

As @Bulldog1205 said, B2's turn-meter isn't based on bonus turns or turn-meter gain, it is based on the damage and therefore this doesn't appear to be a bug.

As for the missing part of the text in the full ability description, we have flagged this for review now.

What you are saying and what was said by Crumb on the forums contradicts one another:

”His bonus turns do not trigger other characters' effects based on bonus turns or Turn Meter gain so, yes that would prevent other characters from taking a turn in the middle of his rampage. Counter attacks can still happen though”

That answer was in reply to a question about Palp lead (debuff based) and JKA/Padme (damage based). According to Crumv, tm gain shouldn’t happen then but it does.

Here’s an example of the ability not working on a turn-based tm mechanic (from the same video). Droideka gains TM despite merciless being activated.

He clarified that part in his last statement: "Bonus Turns can still occur like from Malak's Jaw of Life Unique. "his bonus turns do not trigger other characters' effects based on bonus turns or Turn Meter gain." means that Vader starting his turn does not trigger effects that generate Turn Meter or Bonus turns. Those can still occur for other reasons like Malak hitting one of his health thresholds"

As for the Droidika interaction, we have a look into that as we speak.
