Summarize your bug Entreched Data disc doesn't stack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Equip two of the same percent increase data disc for entranched. Upon loading in only 1 protection up is shown

So it may be a case where it's combining them but I don't think so because if I mix versions it shows individual.
Ie, If I have 2 75% protection entrenched discs it shows 1 protection up buff.
If I have 1 75% and 1 50% it shows 2 protection up buffs.
so I believe it's granting the protection up for only 1 card, if you have multiple of the same version of entrenched they aren't stacking.
(it is worth noting that before the title update and hotfix when I had the shown setup it would show 3 protection up buffs, this is the main reason I'm guessing it's only granting 1 50% instead of 2)

You are correct. In your example, only one of the 50% Protection Ups is applied.
We have now brought this to the team for further investigation.
