Episode Pass disappeared

So, I live in Canada and have this game installed on my iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.5. I purchased the Episode Pass on June 2, 2025 worth $27.99 (Screenshot attached) and within few hours the game reflected NO PASS.

I have been sick and tired of the customer support, I have tried to contact them on help.ea.com and also through in-game Settings. The reps on help.ea.com emphasized on contacting them in-game and surprisingly nobody replies in-game Help.

It's been four days since no resolution.
