How to find or get help with missing content
If you’re missing content that you bought, double-check that the transaction was successful and your payment method was charged. Once you’ve made sure your payment went through, try these steps.
- Select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.
- Choose Restore Purchases.
If that won't bring your purchases to the game, you'll have to contact us via chat:
- Select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.
- Choose Help and select EA Help.
