The bonus shards for my era plus bundle didn’t show up until today, that meant I had to purchase the character bundle to get enough shards to be at 10/100 on day one (7 star by end of marquee). Why did it take so long to show up in the store? And why aren’t we getting bonus era level increase currency for purchasing pass pass+ and the character bundle?

Similar, due to this I missed the 5 shards from 5 star tier yesterday. This now puts me behind 5 shards on getting to 6 stars at end of the week, in which case I will miss 10 more shards.
Also, loaner levels missing.
CG, this needs to be addressed. We shouldn't have to spend more crystals or money to catch up for this mistake.
