Era Zeb bug?

I’ve noticed for a past few days that Zeb’s ‘Tactical Reversal’ has been a bit iffy, it says “if the target ally is New Republic, they gain additional effects based on their role for 1 turn:”. However the ability works fine for supporters granting potency up and tank grant defence up, however it’s not the same for attacker which used to grant all allies offence up.

I merely curious if anyone else has noticed it stop working for a while?
