error code 102105 when trying to connect to EA connect

I get an error everytime i try to connect to my account to EA connect.  i have attached a image file of what happens every time i click the connect button. And i have searched and looked for solutio...

its sadly didnt work ☹️ got any other ideas. i really would like the be part of ea connect for the login calendars and stuff ☹️
