Hi @thekillernox, we've found troubleshooting has helped fix that error message for some players in the past. These steps will differ though depending on what you play on. For iOS, this EA help article outlines troubleshootings steps: "EA mobile game troubleshooting on Ipad and Iphone". For an Android device, please check out this EA help article: "Android troubleshooting for EA Mobile Games".

Hi @thekillernox, hmm ok it might be a bug. Had you any trouble with lag before this?

  @EA_Lanna Well apparently it was resolved while i was sleeping, i woke up and it was fixed.

    @BryantDenny18 and @Pouchwick , when did the error message first start popping up for you? Have you completed any troubleshooting for this?
